Our Approach
Our mediators come prepared, stay involved, and keep the process moving. We begin each engagement with thorough preparation, including pre-mediation calls, review of submissions, and targeted questions to help parties clarify their goals and arrive ready for productive engagement. We expect the parties to do the work, and we work alongside them. If issues remain unresolved, we follow up and continue supporting the parties in exploring every available path to resolution

Transportation
Freight and passenger rail, trucking, and last-mile delivery. Rail experience spans Class I, Class II, short line, and passenger carriers, covering operating agreements, rate disputes, trackage rights, line acquisitions, land use exemptions, and access and compensation terms.
Labor Relations
Collective bargaining, grievance mediation, and labor-management dispute resolution in both the public and private sectors. We bring experience with complex, multi-party negotiations and a thorough understanding of the dynamics that come with them.
Employment
Discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, non-selection, and grievance matters in EEOC proceedings, federal court, and agency-based processes. Experience includes high-dollar class action cases in both the public and private sectors.
Workplace Mediation
Informal, confidential resolution of interpersonal conflicts, team disputes, and workplace tensions before they escalate. Focused on preserving working relationships and organizational health, without the cost or formality of a formal process.
Federal Sector
Many of our mediators came from the FMCS and have worked across more than 40 federal agencies, giving us an insider's understanding of how disputes arise and what it takes to resolve them across Cabinet departments, independent agencies, and law enforcement bodies.

Superfund, hazardous waste, Clean Water Act, and Title VI matters, including multi-party convening, tribal issues involving clean energy and federal grant requirements, and climate-related mitigation and recovery discussions.

Negotiated rulemaking design and facilitation for federal agencies including the Department of the Interior, Department of Labor, HUD, National Indian Gaming Commission, and the U.S. Access Board.
