Mediation

We provide in-person, virtual, and hybrid services tailored to meet your needs

Our Approach

Our mediators come prepared, stay involved, and keep the process moving. We begin each engagement with thorough preparation, including pre-mediation calls, review of submissions, and targeted questions to help parties clarify their goals and arrive ready for productive engagement. We expect the parties to do the work, and we work alongside them. If issues remain unresolved, we follow up and continue supporting the parties in exploring every available path to resolution

We have found that even the most intractable problems can be resolved with hard work, creativity, and a genuine willingness to consider new options. Our commitment to finding practical solutions does not end when the session does.
